A Business Operations Analyst working in a foreclosure invoicing and compensation department plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes related to foreclosures. We're looking for a candidate with advanced analytical thinking, exceptional judgment, and adaptability to address complex business challenges. Commitment to agile learning and multitasking in a dynamic environment are crucial. Strong public speaking skills are essential for effective communication with senior leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone dedicated to enhancing operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end process of foreclosure invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Interact with vendors, both onshore and offshore, to coordinate the submission and validation of invoices.Manage the calculation and processing of compensation for various stakeholders involved in foreclosure processes.Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to streamline communication, share updates, and ensure a cohesive workflow.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, offering insights into departmental performance and key metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency measures and enhance overall operational effectiveness.Ensure that all invoicing and compensation processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.Proactively identify potential risks associated with foreclosure invoicing and compensation.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all invoicing and compensation transactions.Prepare for audits by ensuring that all documentation is in order and readily accessible.Leverage expertise in Black Knight invoicing and Mortgage Software Platform (MSP) to streamline processes and ensure accurate invoicing and payment disbursement.Manage invoicing through iClear Invoicing Platform, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals, and configuring workbooks for accurate tracking.Follow investor guidelines meticulously, ensuring accurate invoicing, obtaining necessary approvals, and validating invoices submitted by vendors and offshore teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across platforms, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement solutions to address any issues that may arise.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceFour or more years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience 5+ years of experience business operations, particularly in mortgage operations.Proven experience with Black Knight invoicing, MSP, and iClear Invoicing Platform.Exceptional analytical thinking, judgment skills, and ability to think outside the box.Flexibility, agility in learning, and multitasking capabilities.Strong public speaking and communication skills.Knowledge of investor guidelines and experience with configuration and validation processes.Proficient in Excel and other relevant business tools.Experience in automation of business processes is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.This role is not eligible for full-time remote work.#CBBO#USBOpsIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
