Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish by accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer phone and electronic orders.
* Locate or order parts based on the customer's needs.
* Complete special order part request for wholesale and retail customers.
* Communicate with the customer and keep them up to date on the status of their order.
* Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Help maintain and nurture customer relationships.
* Generate invoices for pickup, delivery or shipping to our customers.
* Process any returns or warranty claims in a timely manner.
* Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
* Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience.
* CDK/ADP experience preferred.
* Experience with OEC, OPS, CCC helpful.
* Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Additional Information
Qualifications: * Team player. * Previous experience in automotive billing or related field preferred. * Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * High school diploma or equivalent.
