What You'll Do
• Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service lines
• Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager
• Personnel recruitment
• Management and training of employees
• Financial management, marketing and business development
• Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office
• You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a ‘roll-up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.
• You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace.
What We're Looking For
• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering – other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited
• 10+ years of technical and managerial experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
