JOB
Performs routine service work assisting with facility set up and preparation for programs, events, and daily operations. Monitors patron safety at the top of multiple slides at both Splash Valley and Green Ridge Recreation Center. Performs repetitive manual work involving the efficient cleaning of rest rooms and pool decks at both facilities. Assists with daily general cleaning and maintenance. Does related work as required
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Ensures that facilities, equipment, materials and supplies are ready and available for recreation programs and eventsSet ups facilities according to program/event requirementsMaintains accurate records involving recreation activitiesProvides information to recreation department staffAssists in supervising recreation activities and facilitiesSupervises program participantsRemoves trash from all containersRequests cleaning supplies and equipment as requiredAssists with the maintenance of exterior grounds.Ensures the safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipmentCleans restrooms, including all fixtures, and replenishes paper productsAssists with the maintenance of facilitiesProvides customer service
