HealthSource of Ohio has an opening for a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our health care team. • Practice confidently with on demand access to your Supervising/Collaborating Physician
• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury, diagnostic challenges, and procedures

Requirements
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ year experience in an urgent care, primary care or emergency care setting preferred
• Type of position: Full- Time
• HPSA Score: 15
