Decal Installer
We are looking for a Decal Installer who will report directly to the Decal Supervisor. As part of your role, you’ll be on a team where we are creating new ways to get people moving forward, where experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. You’ll Have The Opportunity To
• Perform visual inspection and test finished products and recommend any necessary corrections.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and/or quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Inspect parts, equipment, and vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance
regulations.
• vacuum carpet in the boat.
• Clean surfaces with chemicals or solvents in preparation for decal application.
• Apply decals to surfaces and follow quality expectations.
• Use of power tools including hoists.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and work for several hours in various positions either on a concrete floor or within a boat.
• Ability to manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Must work at a reasonable pace within our quality/production standards to ensure timely completion of tasks while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Production standards may include overtime to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Preferred
• Knowledge and previous use of basic hand and power tools.
• Manufacturing, production, machinist, or assembly experience.
• Prior decal and/or product testing experience.
