Staffing Specialist

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, customer service or other related fields a plus
• Word/Excel
• Able to work in a very busy office
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated a self starter

Responsibilities:
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board
• Answer phones
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
