Full job description
Nayar Health Care is now hiring a Home Health RN Case Manager! Ranked as one of the top 50 Health Care Companies in the US! Our Home Health division is currently seeking energetic, motivated individuals that enjoy a flexible schedule and a unique professional experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Provide Nursing Services to patients in their homes
• Complete 5-6 visits per day
• Schedule your visits closest to home and start from home
• Willingness to commute a 50-mile radius from home location if needed
Requirements:
• Licensed RN in the state of Virginia
• One (1) year experience as a RN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF)
• Experience with IV’s, Wound Care, and Disease Management
• Must be a licensed driver. Ability to travel to all business locations.
• Ability to commute to our corporate location for supplies at least once per week and/or every other week for mandatory meetings

Required Experience/Skills:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of current CPR.
• Current driver’s license.
• Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment.
