Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Graphic Designer to our team in our Mankato Production Studio. Bolton & Menk is regional, consulting engineering firm with over 70 years of experience serving the Upper Midwest and beyond. We are looking to add a Graphic Designer who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community!
What You Will Be Doing
• Provides daily graphic and web design support
• Works with stakeholders to analyze and understand project content and timelines
• Assists in the development, implementation, and quality control of graphic and multimedia materials to ensure brand standard consistency
• Regularly contributes new ideas to keep the Creative Studio offerings fresh and progressive
• Maintains graphic asset library. Assures all assets are archived for future needs and reference
• Reviews and make recommendations for technology upgrades to ensure compatibility with existing and future requirements
• Makes suggestions for process improvements
• Travel to facilities and other projected related locations as necessary
• Maintains confidentiality of company related information
• Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent degree from an accredited college with five years' experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in the following:
• Adobe Creative Suite program, including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop
• WordPress and CSS applications.
• Microsoft Office programs
• Thorough knowledge of print production processes, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of WorkFront project management software beneficial.
• Strong skills in client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent composition, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license as travel to various job sites may be required.
