We are looking for an Executive Chef for our full service restaurant. We have served the Upstate for 25 + years and are a high-volume, scratch kitchen concept that is very engaged with our community. Executive Chef Responsibilities
• Oversee all Back-of-House operations, including kitchen hiring, training, product orders, and food inventories.
• Ensure that only the highest-quality and freshest product is served to our guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen.
• Assist with on-premise and off-premise catering event menus
Executive Chef Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in a similar role in a very high-volume environment
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive outlook
• Experience in developing daily specials, menu development, catering events
• Excellent verbal communication skills
