The HIM Director will be joining a team of Patient-centered Healthcare professionals that provide full service acute care services, rural health care services, as well as a full spectrum of Rehabilitation Services. This Health System has been serving the surrounding communities with care for 80+ years.
The Health Information Management Director will be leading a highly-skilled team of HIM and coding specialists. They will be entrusted to oversee patient information along with ensuring that the patient’s right-to-privacy is protected and to ensure accurate coding of all patient encounters. The Health Information Management Director will manage the day to day work flow process while working across a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for leading the development and maintenance of HIM policies and procedures.
