Full job description
The Catering Manager is responsible for spreading the joy of Taco Mama to offices, events and parties in the market. If youre a go-getter who wants to be on the front-end of Taco Mamas growth, this is the role for you!
Excellent base pay plus the option to enroll in company benefits on first day of hire!
Achievable incentive program
Utilize relationships in the community to find and fill catering needs
Coach team to ensure the order is done properly, you may even have to get your hands dirty!
Fulfill consistent catering needs for local Medical Reps, Sales Reps, Teachers, Doctors Offices, maybe even the local football team
Hire catering team as needed
2+ years of catering experience
2+ years restaurant management experience
Must be well organized and great at multi-tasking
Sales experience could be a plus if candidate has no catering experience
College degree is preferred
Genuine heart for others and the desire to serve the team and guests
Ability to inspire, lead, and manage catering team
You are a go-getter who likes to build relationships in the community
High energy and a positive attitude
Must have a clean driving record and insurance.
