Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited educational program for Registered Nurses
• Must possess a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience preferred, not required.
• BLS and ACLS certification will be provided upon hire.
• CALS or TNCC required within 6 months of hire.
• Background study and pre-employment drug testing also required.
Responsibilities:
• RN is accountable for the safe, efficient and effective delivery of nursing care.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice, and have the ability to plan, evaluate, and organize.
• Must have the ability to interact with a variety of personalities, make decisions and exercise sound judgment under times of stress and urgency.
• Must possess the ability to delegate appropriately to licensed and unlicensed caregivers and promote teamwork by sharing knowledge and skills with others.
Schedule:
Part Time
Hours/Pay Period:
48-60, .60 FTE
Schedule Details:
Variable schedule including evenings/nights with 12 hour shifts. Available schedule options will be discussed during the interview.
Weekend Schedule:
Variety of shifts including every weekend or every third weekend and holiday rotation.
