As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with staff and residents, achieving occupancy and delinquency goals, and play a crucial role in representing the property and ownership. What we require:
• Minimum 3 years multi-family experience/2 years as a property manager. Renovation experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
• Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
• Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
What you are expected to provide:
• Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e. the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
• Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
• Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
• Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
• Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
• Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
