As the Chocolates Sales Manager at Camerons, your responsibility is to grow and develop the chocolate business in the US. This involves currently 2 main responsibilities:
1 - Build a book of business as we launch a new brand in the premium chocolate bar space.
2 - Grow the chocolate business in the value channel using existing brands and manufacturing capabilities.
Preparing and executing a profitable growth plan that is within the companys strategic framework is paramount. An entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action will be critical for success in this exciting new role.

The Chocolate Business represents 15% of Grupo Nutresa with manufacturing facilities in Colombia, Per, Costa Rica and Mxico.
The role will be held as part of Cameron's Coffee structure based out of Shakopee, Minnesota. Camerons Coffee is a specialty, small-batch Roastery with over $100MM in annual revenue and ~140 employees. The company is owned by Grupo Nutresa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Build and lead new business via warehouse and eCommerce partners
? Prospect and secure new customers via food shows and expos
? Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
? Engage cross functional partners to improve processes and overall business
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline
? Minimum of 5 years of professional CPG food sales experience, including Chocolates
? Grocery experience preferred, with direct account management of at least one large customer
? CPG brokerage leadership, responsibility, understanding within Grocery, Mass and Club channels
? eComm experience preferred, as well as Trade spending and forecast management
