Responsibilities include:
• Provide patient care in a float capacity between different providers.
• Perform Point of Care Testing and manage EPIC in-baskets.
• Handle various medical paperwork, including FMLA, STD, LTD.
• Occasionally assist with triage to support the team during high call volumes.
• Collaborate with a team of MA's, LPN's, and RN's, sharing responsibilities in patient care.
• Be flexible with duties, including exposure to in-office procedures performed by providers.
What you need to succeed:
• CMA/RMA or LPN certification.
• Comfortable with injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and blood draws.
• Experience in medical assisting or LPN roles.
• Go-getter mindset with a willingness to collaborate and share in patient care.
