Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Furniture Installation Manager to oversee and manage our installation projects. As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule installation projects
- Manage and supervise the installation team
- Ensure that installations are completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or questions
- Provide training and guidance to installation team members
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing installation projects in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of installation processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
