Full job description
Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, a regional law Firm, is currently seeking an experienced clerk to perform a variety of duties according to established policies and procedures. Duties include running errands; copying, scanning, and filing legal correspondence and documents; working with legal assistants to manage closed file system; setting up (and cleaning) conference rooms for meetings; processing mail; maintain kitchen (supplies, coffee, cleaning, etc.); other routine office duties as requested.
Ideal candidate will be dependable, detail oriented, and results-driven. Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills are required in deadline driven environment. Must be a team player, show initiative, possess strong communication skills, and be able to interact professionally with all internal and external clients and co-workers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Prior law firm experience would be helpful. Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and Firm data.
