Full job description
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information - Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices - Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in computer systems, including reservation software Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
