Job Type: PRN
Available Schedule:
• PRN all shifts
New Higher Wages
$31.20-$44.72/Hr. (Based on years of experience & LPN/RN Licensure)

Key Functions
• Participates as a member of the nursing team to ensure high-quality care to residents in our Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living
• Assists staff with residents' care needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
• Take and record blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care treatments, and other care needs.
• Promotes and restores residents’ quality of life by providing nursing care as determined by the resident’s needs and their individualized care plans.
Licenses & Certifications Required:
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Education Preferred
• Associates or better
Licenses & Certifications Preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse
