Client seeking PHY for internal medicine opportunity in Ft. Wright, KY from July 8 - August 9. Specific shifts are, July 9 - 12, 15 - 19, August 8, 9. Hours are Monday, 8:00am - 6:00pm with a 60-minute break; Tuesday/Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break; Friday, 7:00am - 1:30pm with a 30-minute break; Thursday, 7:30am - 11:30am. Thursdays will be at a different location.
Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, wellness exams, and chronic care management. No walk-ins, holidays, or on-call. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
