Job Description:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $25 - $34/hr (Weekly Pay)
Monday - Friday Schedule
2nd Shift: 2pm -10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
Overtime Available and Opportunity for Overtime
Clean and Climate Controlled Environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain facility and equipment including HVAC, Ammonia refrigeration, conveyors, sanitation equipment, material handling equipment and battery replacement
• Accurately diagnose and repair company assets to eliminate downtime, extend assets usable life and diminish equipment malfunctions
• Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule
• Includes hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating
• Perform daily inspection of doors and dock plates, banana rooms, and all other building and support areas
• Responsible for recognizing problems and performing repairs before breakdown occurs
