Overview:
Systems Analysts ensure Southern Stars Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other integrated applications are highly available, efficient, and well understood by end users and stakeholders. This position partners with end users to understand business requirements, drive adoption and best practices, manage enhancement backlog and issue resolution, execute new releases, and support the ongoing optimization of the ERP systems. A successful candidate would be a self-motivated individual with a passion for learning, who can adapt quickly, communicate well, and enjoy working in a diverse team across different locations.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Gather requirements from end users, facilitate business process discussions and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, testing and end user support.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies, and procedures.
• Structures and organizes own work to deliver individually on priorities and end user needs to drive results.
• Lead the review, verification, and testing of quarterly upgrades, and help end users understand and adapt to the changes.
• Collaborate with business process owners to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, develop BIP/OTBI reports, security setups, testing/training documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported by user with a sense of urgency.
• Provide support with developing, testing, and rolling out solutions, bug fixes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Minimum
• Friendly and effective communication skills are a must.
• Ability to influence others, lead small teams and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to coordinate, manage and implement complex solutions.
• Must be a self-starter that can work with little direction.
• Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous learner with a curiosity for technology.
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Oracle Fusion ERP, FIN, HCM, SCM, Oracle OTBI/BIP Report, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & EPM experience
• PowerPlan Experience
• Project Management experience
• Change Management experience
