We are a well-known brand and we are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR team in Reading, PA. This person will support our Kronos/UKG Workforce Dimensions platform by spearheading our Timekeeping and HR Processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their Kronos/UKG skills and work in a Kronos/Oracle HCM environment.
This role is 100% on-site in Reading, PA.

What You Will Be Doing Ensure our Kronos Timekeeping module has accurate HR Data
Collaborate with Payroll and HR in conjunction with Kronos WFD
Train Kronos WFD end-users on the platform
Service as a main point of contact for Kronos WFD troubleshooting/training needs
Assist in review, testing, and implementation of HRIS systems
Support Kronos Accruals and Absence Management modules
Write and maintain HR/Data reports
Collaborate with Oracle HCM Analyst to understand how the 2 platforms work together
What You Need for this Position Associate Degree in a related field or an equal amount of experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG - WFD (Time & attendance)
Proven HR generalist background and experience
Good knowledge of HR and Payroll processes & corporate policies
