Server Le Sueur Country Club Le Sueur, Minnesota Le Sueur Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and professional servers who are passionate about creating exceptional service for members in the Club’s dining outlets and banquet services. The Server position is a working hourly position responsible for providing food and beverage service to members and guests according to LSCC standards of service. Responsibilities Greet and acknowledge members and guests and provide attention Be knowledgeable about the food menu, drink menu, and some wine knowledge Enthusiastically serve club members and guests and assist others to provide a positive and successful work environment Correctly take food and beverage orders including any preferences, allergies and special requests using proper seating numbers for efficient serving Informing kitchen and other management when necessary of special requests/concerns Follows state and local laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages Arrives early to shift to prepare for lunch, dinner or event service Stock all service areas prior to each shift Ensure all dining areas are clean and presentable which requires daily maintenance Performs other duties as assigned Ability to perform custodial duties in bathrooms and other areas of the Clubhouse Skills 1-2 years experience in food and beverage field or related areas preferred POS system experience and knowledge preferred High School Diploma preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills to prioritize work activities Strong interpersonal skills required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized and focused during busy hours Able to work well in a team environment Must be 17 or older Start Date in March or April Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: From $10.85 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Restaurant type: Upscale casual restaurant Shift: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekly day range: Weekends as needed Experience: Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
