Bartender Le Sueur Country Club Le Sueur, Minnesota Le Sueur Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent beverage experience. Our Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative beverages exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly, service charges on what you sell and tips. Responsibilities Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to members and guests according to recipe and LSCC standards Interact with members (and guests), take orders, and serve snacks and beverages Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Plan and present bar menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Follows set up/tear down procedures including stocking supplies before/during/after each shift Reports any complaints to manager on duty, while also acting accordingly to provide an immediate solution Cleans and locks the bar area according to prescribed closing procedures Ensures that all food items are correctly stored, labeled, dated and rotated to prevent any health or safety hazards from occurring and takes precautions against possible spoilage Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures Assures that state and local laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are followed Performs other duties as assigned Willing to perform custodial duties in bathrooms and cleaning after shift ends Must be comfortable with Bartending and Serving Skills Experience as a Bartender Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; Classic & Innovative POS system experience and knowledge preferred Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Alcohol TIPS certified preferred High School Diploma preferred Ability to perform custodial duties after shift Able to work in a team setting Must be 18 years of age or older Start Date in March or April Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $10.85 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Restaurant type: Bar Casual dining restaurant Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
