We are a busy dental office with a fun atmosphere looking for a Dental Assistant with a great people skills, work ethic, and a passion for caring for others. Dental training and Radiology license are musts. Expanded duties training would also be welcome. Work hours are T-W-Th-F, 8a-5p. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take and develop dental X-rays - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Perform dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Conduct patient assessments and document medical history - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Assist with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations - Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred - Current certification in dental assisting preferred - Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems for documentation - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments - Familiarity with medical imaging software and equipment Indiana Dental Radiology license We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including: - Health insurance coverage - Paid time off and holidays - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Continuing education opportunities for professional development If you are a motivated Dental Assistant with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply.
