Description: Schedule : Monday and Thursday only, 12-16 hours a week Facilitate the collection, processing, and shipping of blood specimens. Follow policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained Properly label and document the specimens and prepare for shipment Enter all required patient/test information into the Company LIS or complete the Company's manual requisition in order to process, result and bill the sample. Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Requirements: Phlebotomy specimen collection experience required Graduation from a standard high school or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent minimum Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Salary: $32K - $40.5K a year
