Overview
HUB Corporation is seeking to hire an action-oriented Office Manager responsible for daily front desk administration including book keeping, accounts receivable / accounts payable, timecard data entry, and weekly reporting.
This position is unique as we are seeking to hire an Office Manager interested in supporting the execution of special projects. These special projects include but are not limited to sales and marketing campaigns for a software spinoff, program management of government contracts, and coordination of a registered apprenticeship program. We are currently hiring part-time with expectation this role will evolve into a full time position.
Responsibilities
• Front Desk Administration
• Bookkeeping – Journal Entries in Accounting System
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Reporting & Communication
• Special Projects
• Assist in automation of shopfloor timecard – data entry
• Weekly Management Reporting
• Quarterly Team Event Planning
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role at technology-based company or government contractor
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
