ABOUT ALMCO AND PANELS PLUS
ALMCO has been in business for over 75 years manufacturing quality industrial parts washers, industrial deburring, polishing, and tumbling equipment. Leading companies in automotive, aerospace, medical, ammunition, construction, fasteners, and many other industries trust ALMCO for high-quality equipment, media, and ongoing service.
Panels Plus has been in business for over 25 years and part of Innovance for most of that time. Panels Plus provides equipment for building wall panels and floor cassettes for the construction industry. This equipment is used for building all types of residential and commercial buildings that are built in factories instead of on-site.
Position Description:
Responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities to satisfy customer requests for equipment, supplies and services. Responsible for working with Innovance marketing group to establish and implement policies and actions to market ALMCO and Panels Plus products. Create policies, procedures and objectives for the development and selling of company's products and services.
Essential Functions:
Develop and manage strategies with sales team to increase sales revenue yearly by engaging both new prospects and existing customers. Align goals with Innovance Sales and Marketing Team.
Manage team of Regional Sales Managers, Supply and Service Managers, Quoting Department and other sales personnel. Development of personnel is a key capability.
Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and Process Lab Managers for developing quotes and managing customer expectations throughout the sales and delivery process.
Responsible for obtaining and/or reviewing customer orders, administration of company approved pricing, and working as liaison between the customer and company departments to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers' historical sales and current needs.
Keep General Manager informed by timely completion of monthly and annual territory analyses.
Develops and maintains a good working knowledge of all company equipment, processes and services available to customers, sales representatives, distributors, and resellers.
Meets or exceeds business sales goals established by management.
Accomplishes all tasks and duties with professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company and its employees in a positive manner. Ensure staff compliance with these expectations.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, business administration, economics, engineering, and/or 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales management.
Excellent leadership skills, team building and collaboration, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to coach and lead a group of outside sales staff, and sales support individuals.
Must be skilled with technology like Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Web-based apps, virtual selling tools and more.
Well organized, self-motivated, and goal driven.
ALMCO Training Requirements:
Applicable training will be completed by following the syllabi (Human Resources, Safety, IFS - Navigation, Training on Equipment Models Manufactured, etc.) Additional applicable training will be completed by following the individual's assigned department training matrix.
