Job Details:
• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
• Location: Warsaw, KY 41095
• Contract : 13 weeks
• Shift : 12hrs All shift available (Every Other Weekend is required)
Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Licensed LPN
AHA BLS certified
Experience/ Skills:
Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
