Elite Property Management is seeking a Rental Property Inspector.
This position will be responsible for the following:
Respond to resident complaintsPerform indoor and outdoor inspectionsMinimize potential safety hazardsCoordinate property maintenance as necessaryPhotograph all violations or potential issues and log the actions takenDocumenting processes and maintaining recordsEnsure residents are following their lease agreements
Requirements to qualify for the position:
You will be required to interact with our rental clients on a regular basis, effective communication skills are a must Must be up-to-date on basic rules and regulations for notifying tenants about entering the property to do an inspection.Being detailed orientated with the ability to reason and problem solve are absolutely necessary Must have a valid drivers license with dependable transportation.
