Job Summary:
The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
* Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and billing
* Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medications
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the healthcare facility
* Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
* Adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
* Certification as a Medical Assistant
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
