PEARL Peer Recovery Residence Manager
Position # FC-335-10
(Franklin County, VA)
Full time position available as PEARL Recovery Residence Manager in Rocky Mount, VA. This program works with Pregnant and Parenting Women with mothers in recovery from both mental health and substance use disorders. This leadership role encompasses peer recovery services, oversight of the Grace House, and case management duties for women at the Grace House. Must have ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with individuals, small groups, agency staff, and community partners. Applicant must have at least two years of experience working with PRS. A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or human services counseling or Licensure by the Commonwealth as a Registered Nurse, or Board of Counseling Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or CSAC-Assistant under supervision preferred. Certification as a Virginia Peer Recovery Specialist required. Knowledge of working with Pregnant and Parenting women. Leadership experience preferred. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Salary is commensurate with education & experience as it relates to the position.
