**Job Purpose:**
The Loading Dock Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the loading dock department to meet and exceed company goals. This position's major responsibility is to ensure that the trucks are unloaded and loaded completely and on time.
**Schedule:** 1st shift : M - F, 6:30a - 2:30p
**Essential Functions:**
* Ensure a safe work environment
* Lead, direct & motivate the department
* Develop & Train associates while maintaining a work environment that promotes success and surpasses company goals
* Product prioritization and decision making that proactively affects the department and Integrity
* Maintain necessary paperwork and documentation
* Conduct department audits, disciplines and reviews
* Communicate effectively with drivers to coordinate trailers
* Communicate effectively with scheduling department
* Coordinate product flow with other facilities & production lines
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1-2 years of related supervisory experience or training
* ICIM & Microsoft Office knowledge
* Ability to work well & communicate with others
* Ability to operate a forklift
**Direct Supervisory Responsibility**: Supervises 11+ Associates
