Acara Solutions is hiring a HR Coordinator out in Salem, VA for our partner who is a leader in advanced medical device outsourcing.
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Here is what you will do:
• Adheres to Core Value and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Answer phone calls.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Clerical duties, filing, maintaining files, send information via electronic methods.
• Create and maintain excel documents.
• Promotes an issue-free work environment that adherence to Integer values.
• Acts as the first point of contact for associate concerns, complaints and/or workplace conflicts.
• Ensures concerns are addressed and resolved timely and fairly.
• Ensures compliance with all local/state/country labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum if a Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of federal and state Labor and employment laws
• Microsoft Excel experience
