As the Assistant General Manager:
• You will receive continuous training and support in sales, operations, and management.
• You will learn the essentials behind our company core values and how we live by them.
• You will provide support for sales appointments as needed
• You will execute flooring installation strategies, establish installation targets, and evaluate performance metrics
• You will recruit, train, and inspire the Installation Team to enhance regional flooring installation outcomes and elevate overall performance

Requirements
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are proficient in basic computer, Microsoft office technology
• Previous sales experience is preferred
