Client Summary -
Our client is leading-edge solution provider of high performance, passive electronic components for radio frequency, resistive, and capacitive applications servicing the automotive, consumer electronics, medical, military, data communication, FTTx, automatic test equipment, and aerospace markets.
Responsibilities -
• Set department annual plan goals and strategic initiatives, reporting on these monthly to the Management Team.
• Develop and implement personnel policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Develop programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordinate programs to ensure company culture is sustained.
• Create, maintain, and update human resources documentation including employee handbooks, job descriptions, training records, performance evaluation forms and personnel files.
• Implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews of job applicants and negotiate the hiring of new employees.
• Oversee employee orientations, new hire processes, and exit interview.
• Administer employee benefit programs and plans.
• Supervision of biweekly payroll processing and ensure payroll tax compliance.
• Act as Safety Coordinator for TFT, developing training and awareness programs.
• Supervision of building operations, maintenance, and any future expansion/remodeling projects.
• Supervision of Human Resources Coordinators & Operations Coordinators.
• Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate -
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player that works effectively and efficiently in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Office 365 & Microsoft Products, ERP knowledge helpful.
• College degree in Human Resources and 5 years of Management experience is required.
