Role As a Bottling Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Packaging Line Supervisor), you'll oversee a team of skilled maintenance mechanics and electricians. Your main role will be to ensure efficient support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of packaging lines. You'll also be responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues, ensuring safety standards, providing technical training, and resolving quality problems related to plant maintenance.

Qualifications • High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a technical or Engineering field, experience with OSHA, HACCP, USDA programs, knowledge of beverage processing and its associated equipment, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
