We are currently looking for an energetic, resourceful, and experienced manufacturing Maintenance Leader to oversee the manufacturing of our custom products at our Southern Minnesota location.
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Leader to oversee the installation and maintenance of our equipment and our maintenance department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
Essential Duties:
• Assist in Installing any new production equipment.
• Servicing and maintaining production equipment.
• Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machinery
• Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
• Fabricating ability a plus
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Communicating with the production and management team
• Maintaining a clean work area.
Shift information
Production lines work Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm, Maintenance staff would support the active shift!
Basic Physical Requirements:
• 90% of the day is stand/walk.
• Frequent lifts over 50lbs
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.
