Elite Property Management is seeking a Rental Property Inspector.
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Respond to resident complaints
• Perform indoor and outdoor inspections
• Minimize potential safety hazards
• Coordinate property maintenance as necessary
• Photograph all violations or potential issues and log the actions taken
• Documenting processes and maintaining records
• Ensure residents are following their lease agreements
Requirements to qualify for the position:
• You will be required to interact with our rental clients on a regular basis, effective communication skills are a must
• Must be up-to-date on basic rules and regulations for notifying tenants about entering the property to do an inspection.
• Being detailed orientated with the ability to reason and problem solve are absolutely necessary
• Must have a valid drivers license with dependable transportation.
