```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including data collection and documentation of interventions
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to prevent the spread of diseases
- Assess patient needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare management
```Qualifications```
- Valid nursing license in Kentucky
- Minimum [2] years of experience in long term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and epidemiology
- Proficient in data management and documentation systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
