Position Overview
As the Ticketing Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of our ticketing operations, orchestrating seamless experiences for our clients and patrons. You'll be responsible for managing a team, communicating with clients, and overseeing the ticketing process from start to finish. The Classic Center utilizes Paciolan ticketing software for all ticketed events.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external event organizers, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences. Your professionalism and attention to detail will ensure that every client's expectations are exceeded.
• Team Leadership: In this role, you will serve as the acting supervisor of our dedicated team of full-time and part-time Ticketing Services Supervisors and Ticketing Representatives. You will interview, schedule, and hire part-time staff while providing ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Event Support: The Ticketing Services Manager is instrumental in executing both ticketed and non-ticketed events. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our events, enhancing the experience for all attendees.
• Administrative Excellence: You will handle advanced reporting, prepare monthly and event-related settlement paperwork, process invoices, manage balances, and monitor system payments with precision and accuracy.
• Reporting and Accountability: As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Ticketing, ensuring that our ticketing operations run efficiently and effectively.
