Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required.
• 6 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license prior to placement start.
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)
Patient Population: Mixture of Cardiac (open heart) and Medical/Surgical ICU patients.
Lines/Drains/Devices: IABP, Impella and CRRT experience preferred. Swan Catheter experience required.
Critical Care Course (preferred)
BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care)
