Description for Executive Administrative Assistant:

Job Responsibilities for the Executive Administrative Assistant: • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly manner to project a positive image of the Bank and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stockholders.
• Stockholders recordkeeper for Bank and Holding Company.
• Assist the finance department with accounts payable and expense reports.
• Assist the board secretary with preparation of agenda, packet and minutes for board and typing of various board reports.
• Make hotel and travel arrangements for staff attending bank conferences or offsite training.
• Advise management team of community events, business open houses and provide gifts, cards.
• Manage the inventory and order all office supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for postage metering of outgoing mail and assistance with special mail needs such as certified, overnight, etc.
• Participate on Bank committees as directed by CEO.

Requirements:
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications: • Customer/client focus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer and mathematical skills
Preferred Education and Experience : • Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance or communications
