What You Will Do
At Volvo Trucks you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
Be responsible for overseeing and managing industrial projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your future team
Our dedicated Industrial Team consists of a diverse group of 10 highly skilled professionals, including project managers, engineers, and specialists, pooling their expertise from various backgrounds within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Fostering a collaborative culture, we thrive on innovation, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional results. Our team's strengths lie in its adaptability, effective communication, and a passion for overcoming challenges, ensuring a dynamic work environment where every team member's contribution is valued.
Who are you?

• Leadership skill to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of industrial projects, ensuring adherence to standards, established timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaboration with various departments, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project integration and communication.
• Control of project budgets, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns and deviations.
• Implementation of proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
• Proven experience (8 years) in leading industrial projects within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and navigate through complex challenges.
