New Business Development
As a Business Development Professional at Pantheon Computers, your mission is to find and close new clients. You will prospect for business through incoming leads, referrals, cold-calling, conferences, etc. You will use defined tools to effectively differentiate our services and our value proposition from the competition. Essentially, you will need to use every sales skill you have (relationship building, tenacity, confidence and drive) to bring new companies to the table, keep them engaged in the sales process and get the win! The compensation package for this position includes a base salary, generous commission on all landed deals, benefits, and additional bonuses for exceeding company goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
•   Focus on companies of the right size, in the right area and in the right range of technology need and find a way to get to know them
•   Identify qualified leads that would best benefit from Pantheon Computers’ products and services
•   Work with the Sales Manager to create a proposal and sales presentation
•   Perform closing activities to get the sale
•   Hand-off closed sales for successful implementation by other departments.
•   Attend local events that might bring you a new opportunity
•   Update CRM daily with relevant sales information
•   Meet company sales targets for sales activities and new contracted clients

Preferred Work Experience & Qualifications:
•   Bachelors degree; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•   Sales experience in the IT services industry or a comparable experience
•   Experience selling in the SMB market
•   Experience selling an intangible service
