Position Overview
This position assists with providing systems, reporting and training support to the Lending Operations team. Collaborates with Business Technology and Lending leadership to identify technology challenges, enhancements and digital options that impact lending operations. Assists with providing technical job related and technology training to Lending Operations team members on Compeers products, services, and policies and procedures. Collaborates with leadership to determine training and systems technology needs for Lending Operations.
Essential Functions
• Collaborates with leadership to determine consistent ongoing technical training for team members beyond initial onboarding.
• Collaborates with Compeer’s L&D team to identify and work with presenters on training content or creates training materials to facilitate and present training.
• Schedules training sessions and logistics including location, participants, meals, etc.
• Communicates with a variety of stakeholders regarding training offerings and content. Communication includes phone calls, emails and SharePoint content.
• Provides technology, systems and job-related training programs and onboarding tools to newly hired team members.
• Recommends relevant new training programs, videos, and reading sources.
• Coordinates and collaborates with the organizational learning and development team.
• Assists with troubleshooting client and internal team member issues and escalates to other business departments.
• Collaborates with Lending Operations leadership to provide business insights and support to internal technology enhancements and digital projects.
• Answers technology system questions and responds to the technical needs of the Lending Operations team.
• Compiles feedback on systems and processes to share with Lending Operations leadership and provides suggestions and/or solutions to enhance the team member and client experience.
• Supports and assists with creating and maintaining a variety of resources including SharePoint pages, FAQs, documents and forms.
• Reviews technology, systems and job-related training and other department-specific survey results.
Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
• Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, education, agribusiness or other related degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in financial services client service and/or training. Prefer experience in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of Compeer Financials products and services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
• Ability to effectively work with and build relationships with team members and leaders, both inside Lending Operations team and other business areas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, either individually or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
