The Classic Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Arena Director of Operations! Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Arena, ensuring successful event execution of an array of events including but not limited to Hockey Games, Concerts, Family Shows, and Conventions
• Direct and manage set-up and conversion of ice floor, concerts, conferences, portable basketball floor and other events..
• Develop and maintain procedures for efficient facility readiness.
• Coordinate with different departments, tenants,and external contractors for smooth event logistics.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold high standards of customer service.
