This position would also offer a relatively set schedule working Wednesday-Sunday PM shifts, approximately 2:00p-10:30p (actual hours may vary). Background and drug screening are required for employment. Responsibilities Clean in accordance with ServSafe and safety standards. Use appropriate sanitizing techniques in order to stay compliant with company and local health guidelines. Clean cooking utensils and pots and pans, dishes, utensils and glasses to ensure that they are ready for member and guest dining experience. Keep dish area clean and well organized. Assist with preparation of food items as needed. Clean floor mats; sweep and mop kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease; clean behind and under all equipment. Remove trash from dishwasher and kitchen area. Put away food products in the appropriate area.
